He brings over twenty years of working with data in technology healthcare and finance to lead our team and our innovative solutions. Andy knows how to deploy the best and brightest technology to improve the quality of life, business outcomes, and ultimately employers’ bottom line. With all of his healthcare background and expertise, he is a HIPAA compliance expert and maintains privacy within the regulatory guidelines with all that he does. As the COO at Quick Compliance, Andy trained hundreds of thousands of people in HIPAA Privacy compliance in three months at insurance companies, including Anthem BCBS and WellPoint, and at over 500 US hospitals, including Mt. Sinai, New York Presbyterian, and Tufts. Working with the Department of Defense, Andy and his team also trained over 170,000 staff at TriCare.
Andy and his team went on to provide US and global online solutions for disease state education, physician education, nurse education, and product training at over thirty of the leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and biologics companies in the world including Boston Scientific, St. Jude Medical, Abbott, and Amgen.
Andy is a passionate visionary and quintessential entrepreneur. Prior companies where Andy has been a part of the founding team have been acquired by Microsoft and Discovery.
Andy is the chairman of NAFI CT, a multiservice agency providing youth and family support services. Andy and his wife, Amy, are native to Connecticut, but currently reside in Seal Beach, CA.
Matt Marcolini is the Vice President of Client Development for betweenMD.
Prior to joining betweenMD, Matt was the Chief Executive Officer at Cathio, an app based, donation, peer-to-peer, and remittance blockchain platform built for the Catholic Church and aligned organizations.
Before that, Matt was an Executive Director with Corsica Partners, a global executive search and organizational staffing firm providing comprehensive talent acquisition services to f500 and high growth technology companies.
Previously, Matt served as a principal with GreenSpring Strategies, a D.C. based search firm that he co-founded, serving both public and private sector clients. Mr. Marcolini has been responsible for business development, strategic account management, strategic planning, and search fulfillment for key roles.
Operating with a high sense of urgency to support business priorities and objectives, Matt’s customers and the teams he works with value his affable, thoughtful, and effective approach to serve as a trusted leader and partner.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts from Christendom College and is also a graduate of the Accademia Vivarium Novum in Rome, Italy.
Matt is married to the love of his life, Elizabeth. They live in Northern Virginia.
Lucien is a highly effective senior information technology leader with a track record of delivering exceptional business value as head of IT management for a Fortune 200 telecommunications manufacturer, his own technology consulting practice, and in CIO and CTO roles in two startups, one that was subsequently acquired by Microsoft and by Discovery Communications in the other.
A technology evangelist with a business perspective and an aptitude for influencing and motivating people, Lucien has provided a breadth of success in software development, project management, systems implementation, data and infrastructure management, as well as technology and security governance for numerous companies across a variety of markets including healthcare, education, government, and high-tech manufacturing.
- Managed the technical development of a SaaS integrated mobile and web-based employee health engagement solution.
- Architected an educational gaming platform providing healthcare-related training and CME certification to medical professionals for Discovery Health Channel.
- Initiated new technology initiatives including one of the first Apple Health integrated mobile applications and a dynamic iBook/web-based medical education/CME testing solution for the University of Pittsburg Medical Center.
- Managed technology team developing clinical disease and product-specific courseware for major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers including Amgen, Abbott, Forest Labs, Boston Scientific, and St. Jude Medical.
- Managed development of HIPAA courseware used by two million students for various organizations including the U.S. Military’s TRICARE program.
- Architected infrastructure supporting over 200k online e-learning students across more than thirty customers including Wellpoint, Anthem, and various BlueCross organizations.
- Maintained 99.97% SLA compliance for Engyro’s integrated license management and billing services for customers including Citrix and Microsoft.

Prior to joining betweenMD, Gennaro served as a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer of Vital Intelligence, inc. Gennaro helped build a healthcare data services & deep learning company to improve patient care through Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services. Accordingly, he spurred business growth by leveraging knowledge of medicine, technology, and data science. This included launching and growing Vital Intelligence, inc. resulting in a lucrative acquisition.
Currently as a Board of Advisors Member for 3 health-tech startups, Gennaro shares his medical device and technology expertise to catapult them to the next level. For Compete Co., he is playing a key role in guiding the development of a revolutionary software application for sports medicine and high-level athlete training. For WebDoctors.com, he is influencing success of one of the 1st companies to pioneer online/virtual doctor visits for adjacent ailments. As an advisor for M3 Life Sciences, he provides advice on strategic growth and marketing initiatives for Health & Wellness products.
Gennaro has been the recipient of several prestigious awards. Recently, he was named as one of the Top 100 Health Care Visionaries by the International Forum for the Advancement of Healthcare. Additionally, Gennaro joined the Wharton School of Business Team Leadership’s Trek to climb to basecamp on Mount Everest.
Gennaro obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University Pratt School of Engineering. He went on to earn his Master of Medical Science degree from Hahnemann University/Medical College of Pennsylvania and then to pursue a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from NOVA Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Kyle specializes in early-stage healthcare and technology companies and has served in executive leadership positions at Firefly Mobile, GenerationOne, QuickCompliance (sold to Discovery Channel Health), WebMD, and Abbott (St. Jude Medical).
Kyle currently serves on multiple boards, including Alafair Biosciences and arts-based education not-for-profit, MindPOP. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University.
As a co-founder of a Chronic Care Management company Dan was responsible for product design LifeLink Plus, LLC. In addition, he was a co-founder of WebHelp, Inc., a large global human-assisted search engine organization. Dan was responsible for launching the largest aided-search services and chat-based assistance platform. As Executive Vice President at SITEL Corporation, Dan led the Global Business Development group responsible for sales to Global 1000 companies and was personally responsible for over $2 billion of revenue generation. This included a $750 million initial value contract awarded by General Motors for the transformation of the GM customer service operations and OnStar services. GM went from last place to first place in customer service upon implementation of this transformation which is still in use today.
Brett’s focus is revealing cost savings for providers & patients while driving value via integrated care relationships & networking to change the healthcare experience.
Most recently, Terry was Vice President for Business Development and Technology at LifeLink+ responsible for business development in public and private sectors and creating customer solutions in the areas of behavioral and mental health, with a focus on opioid rehabilitation and recovery. His contributions have help to push the envelope of end-user patient treatment while containing costs. Terry also provided oversight of technical specifications, product definition, and risk mitigation. In addition, Terry lead the area of American Indian tribal content and engagements.
At the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority in Fort Defiance, Arizona, Terry managed off-grid residential power programs for residents living beyond the reach of electricity. In addition, he oversaw energy development activities for utility-grade wind and solar power generation. Terry also served on the Navajo Nation Energy Committee for commercial development and administration working on a $6 million Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for the Navajo Nation, consisting of energy assessment and renovations for tribally-owned properties, an overall energy plan for the Navajo Nation including commercial generation facilities for powering new construction, and educational programs for energy conservation.
As part of the Tribal Energy Program, at U.S. DOE/Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Terry’s focus was on the promotion of renewable energy, electrical efficiency best practices, and the development/deployment of generation projects throughout tribal lands in the western United States. His involvement ran the gamut from LEED building design and construction to residential/commercial wind and solar power design to metering and monitoring communication systems.
At IBM in Boulder, Colorado, Terry worked as a facilities engineer tasked with site power and real estate responsibilities. Terry later was also the financial project manager for product support for a Global Services external customer. In this role Terry tracked performance and financial metrics to ensure contract fulfillment and quality assurance.
Terry has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma. Currently, Terry resides in Oklahoma and is an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
Elizabeth Marcolini is the Associate Director of Advancement for the Labouré Society, an organization dedicated to rescuing Catholic vocations from the barrier of student loan debt. Through its innovative class model, the Labouré Society has delivered over 300 vocations into the arms of the Church that otherwise would have been lost. Elizabeth has overseen the triple digit percentage growth of their fundraising program in her four years with the organization.
In the 2012 and 2016 presidential races, Elizabeth served as a strategist, operations manager, surrogate speaker, and major donor liaison for Senator Rick Santorum. She was featured on major news outlets, such as CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC, as well as nationally syndicated radio shows talking about the hot button issues of the day. She was named on Red Alert Politics ’30 Under 30’ List. In 2014, she co-authored a book about the life of her sister with special needs, entitled Bella’s Gift. It would go on to become a New York Times Best Seller.
Elizabeth holds a Masters in Theological Studies from the John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dallas. She was also a John Jay Fellow, an Alliance Defending Freedom Areté Fellow, and has spent many weeks in Africa doing educational mission work, with a specific focus on faith formation. To date, she has traveled to thirty six countries and is passionate about the global, human family.
Elizabeth met her husband, Matt, when studying abroad in Ireland. Matt and Elizabeth serve as a founding couple of Cana Uncorked DC, a Catholic marriage enrichment program for couples in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. She also serves on the board of the Guiding Star Project who have clinics throughout the country delivering holistic women’s healthcare. She resides in Northern Virginia.
